My bike had broken down on the side of the freeway. I thought I would call Monarch because they were closer to me and offer free pick up and delivery. Well, I talk to the guys in service and they are swamped but tell me they will come get me, no problem.
I don’t own a Honda but Monarch says they will work on all makes and models. Anyways, I later get a call from Mike (at Monarch Honda) and he tells me that he does not actually want my bike in his shop and tells me to go somewhere else. He left me stranded on the side of the road. Well, I pushed my bike to the nearest car shop I could find and asked to borrow a couple tools. I found out that all my bike needed was a new main fuse.
Mike is a dick and treats customers horribly and leaves people stranded. Way to go to keep up with your word about working on all makes and models. Hell, they would get pissed if one of there employees turned down service because the bike was not Honda. My advice: Take your bike elsewhere so you don’t get screwed over.
